Keep Our Communications Beautiful – Share Your Photos!

Fall is putting on quite a show of glorious colors, fascinating animal activity, and interesting decay! Do you have a favorite Autumn photo of the Cedar Lakes area that you would like to share with the community? Perhaps Spring wildflowers caught your eye this year – we’d love to showcase your shots! Summer fun is always great to remember in the cold months of winter. Spread the warmth around by sending us a copy of your picture-perfect summer day! Or take a crystal-cold frame of frozen deer tracks, ski buddies, or glistening icicles and pass it along. We’d love to know what you saw and appreciate your vision!

We have a few ways to keep in touch through photos and observation: First, there’s the What Did You See? page here on the website. It’s all about recording changes in the environment, just like Aldo Leopold did when he turned his many notebooks into A Sand County Almanac. Be a Citizen Scientist and tell us what you saw in animal, plant, and meteorological relationships. To jump to that page, click HERE. Or, send us a photo message on our Facebook page HERE. Be sure to include a name for photo credit!

Here’s a slideshow of seasonal shots from Priscilla Galasso (CLCF Office Manager) to get you inspired.
