Join Stew Crew and Staff for a work and learn day in the beautiful Joan M. Pick Preserve. Volunteers will be hand pulling, clipping seed heads and removing small trees and invasive species from the prairie. This is a great time to ask CLCF’s Conservation Coordinator, Sophie, and Stewardship Manager, Mackenzie, all the questions you have about invasive plants and native prairie plants!
What to bring: work gloves, hand pruners, loppers, good boots and questions! CLCF will supply bags to collect the invasive species in.
